My Story

Born near the seaside in Hellevoetsluis, I grew up with the view of the water and the tide, the sound of a foghorn during misty weather,  and looking for flotsam along the coast during my youth. Studying Naval architecture was a natural following-up for me, during the years of working at several yards and later as a designer traveled to various harbors and coasts worldwide, from Australia to Norway and from Mexico to China.  Realized that I always will be a beachcomber, with an eye to the horizon and love the smell of the sea.
